Richard is a respected and highly experienced marketer with over 20 years’ experience working within board level and political environments.  Prior to establishing RS, he successfully led many high profile marketing and communication initiatives for the Isle of Man Government’s economic development agencies. During this time he worked across a diverse range of sectors including financial/professional services, ICT, eGaming, manufacturing, tourism and the Isle of Man’s renowned ship and aircraft registries.

In 2016, Richard undertook a secondment with the Isle of Man Government’s Cabinet Office in a senior role within its External Relations Team where he experienced life at the cutting edge of political and public affairs, engaging with a number of international governments. The role also included involvement with the Isle of Man Chief Minister’s National Strategy Group and providing oversight and governance to the International Development Committee in respect of its £2.5M annual budget for overseas aid.

His career with the Isle of Man Government followed 10 years working in the telecoms/ICT sector for Manx Telecom, where he had responsibility for key parts of the firm’s product portfolio including data circuits, tariffs and call charges. He also led the Isle of Man campaign promoting the UK Big Number Change in 2000.

He is always been keen to try and make a difference outside of his day to day roles, particularly in highlighting the importance of marketing as a strategic, professional business discipline. A Chartered Marketer, Richard’s proactive and hard-working approach in supporting the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) has been recognised in being named CIM North West Member of the Year in 2007 and CIM North West Ambassador of the Year in 2017.

Following his success in the 2006 Manx Executive Challenge – a business competition run by the Chartered Management Institute – he was a business mentor for the 2008 and 2010 Challenges and has also provided support to local secondary school students for the IGCSE Business Showcase initiative.

Richard is a Trustee of Diana, Princess of Wales Hospice Care at Home Trust and an Executive Committee Board Member for the Isle of Man Commonwealth Games Association.

Peter Greenlees has been producing award-winning designs for almost three decades. His creative thinking and design craft has helped numerous clients to create or refine brand expressions that cut through the noise created by the competition.

He has worked for many UK and international clients including: Asda, Birds Eye Walls, Boots, Cadbury’s, Crown Paints, Dunlop, Golden Wonder, Hasbro, Halfords, Heinz, Hoover, Hyundai, Kodak, Lloyds-TSB, Orange, Panasonic, Pernod, PWC, St Ivel.


Glenn Whorrall is a skilled filmmaker and animator producing moving image content for a range of applications. He has worked with clients from both the corporate sector and Isle of Man Government since launching his business in 2007.

Glenn has the appropriate permissions for aerial work from the UK CAA and Isle of Man Civil Aviation Authority – so can provide aerial video and photography services using quadcopter drones. Notable recent work includes the past three Visit Isle of Man tourism and the Locate.im campaigns.

Mark Redhead is a talented graphic designer who takes pride in his ability to bring clean, alternative and highly creative concepts to the table for clients. Mark graduated with a bachelors degree in Graphic Design from Leeds Arts University in 2011. He then entered the industry working at an established design agency in Leeds before returning to the Isle of Man where he successfully continued his career with a local agency for several years, gaining an array of valuable commercial design and marketing experience.

In 2018 Mark took the leap and launched his own design agency. Since inception, Mark has worked in collaboration with many established clients including: Haven Homes, Plan.com, Tevir Group, The Fynoderee Distillery, Momentum Pensions, UCM Isle of Man, Revel Events, Bushy’s TT Village, Microgaming, James Caine Ltd.
